Operating Days:

We process orders Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Free shipping is available for all domestic orders over 400DHS

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders within Morocco.

 Our courier will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm the delivery time.

Please ensure you are available at the provided address to receive the package and pay the total amount to the agent.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via [Email/SMS/WhatsApp] containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

5. Customs and Import Taxes

Haigin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery Issues & Damaged Goods

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately. Contact our support team within 24 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue with the courier.
